Sleeks Ai Circle / Sleeklings Community Addendum

This Community Addendum supplements the Sleeks Terms of Service at https://sleeksautomation.com/terms (the “Terms”). It applies to the Sleeks Ai Circle Discord server and the Sleeklings paid membership (together, the “community”). It is between you and Sleeks LLC, doing business as Sleeks Automation, Hudson, Ohio (“Sleeks,” “we,” “us”). By joining, paying for or using the community, you agree to the Terms and to this Addendum. If you don’t agree, don’t join.

If the Terms and this Addendum conflict about the community, this Addendum controls. Everything else in the Terms still applies to the community, including the disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, arbitration and class waiver, governing law and general provisions. Where the Terms say “Client” or “Services,” read them to include members and the community.

1. Who can join

You must be 18 or older. You must also follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times. This section replaces the age rules in the Terms for the community.

2. What membership includes

Membership gives you access to the private Sleeklings community while your membership is active, including the Vault, the channels and the workshops listed in the server. We can change, move, pause or remove any content, channel, feature or schedule at any time. Workshops can be rescheduled or cancelled.

3. Payments, renewal and cancelling

Membership costs $10 per month. It bills every month through Stripe and LaunchPass until you cancel. By paying, you authorize us to charge your payment method every month. To stop future charges, cancel before your next billing date in your LaunchPass member portal at https://www.launchpass.com/portal. Leaving the Discord server does not cancel your membership. Cancelling stops future charges only. It does not refund past ones. Your access ends when your paid period ends.

4. No refunds

All payments are final. We do not give refunds, credits or prorated charges for any reason, including cancellation, removal from the community, dissatisfaction, not using the membership, or changes to content or schedule. This applies to the fullest extent the law allows. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first, we may ban you and contest the dispute using the Terms, this Addendum and your activity in the community.

5. Rules and removal

You agree to follow the community rules, the Terms and this Addendum. We can warn, mute, suspend or ban any member at any time for any reason we judge reasonable, including breaking a rule, harming other members or harming the community. If you break a rule, the Terms or this Addendum, you will be banned, you lose access immediately, and you get no refund.

6. No guarantees

Everything in the community is general education and information. We do not promise or guarantee any result, including income, revenue, savings, leads, customers, growth or time saved. Examples, numbers and stories are illustrations, not typical results. Your results depend on your skill, effort, business, market, tools and many things we can’t control. You alone are responsible for your decisions. Nothing in the community is legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. Talk to a licensed professional before you rely on it.

7. AI tools and third parties

AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for checking anything before you use it. Prompts, agents and workflows may rely on third-party tools and services that we don’t control. Their prices, features, terms and availability can change, and we aren’t responsible for them or for what you spend on them. Some of our content uses AI-generated likeness and voice of James Hadden.

8. Our content and your license to it

The Vault and everything we provide (prompts, agents, workflows, templates, videos, recordings, text) belongs to us or our licensors. While your membership is active, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own business or learning. You may not copy, resell, republish, share or teach it to others, or share your access with anyone.

9. What you share, and our right to use it

You keep ownership of what you create. But when you post, share, create or discuss anything in the community (messages, questions, prompts, builds, screenshots, feedback, ideas, and your appearance or voice in workshops and recordings), you give Sleeks a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, copy, edit, adapt, publish and display it in any media, to run, improve and promote Sleeks Automation. That includes our marketing, social media, ads, courses and products, with no payment, credit or approval needed. We may show your username and avatar with it. We may also use any feedback or idea you give us without owing you anything.

This does not cover private direct messages. We will not publish your passwords, API keys or confidential client data. Do not post anything that isn’t yours to share, or anything private or confidential. You promise you have the right to share what you post. If you don’t want something used, don’t post it.

10. Recordings

Workshops and calls may be recorded. By attending, you agree to be recorded and to the recording being used as described in section 9. If you don’t agree, don’t attend.

11. Your conduct

Don’t post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive or abusive. Don’t spam, scam, post malware or share other people’s private information. Don’t post API keys or passwords. Don’t impersonate anyone. Don’t use our content to build a competing community, course or product. You are responsible for your own content, accounts, keys and tools.

12. Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in the Community Privacy Notice at https://sleeksautomation.com/community-privacy and in our Privacy Policy at https://sleeksautomation.com/privacy. Discord, Stripe and LaunchPass also handle your data under their own policies.

13. Changes and contact

We can update this Addendum at any time by posting the new version. If you keep using the community after a change, you accept it. Questions: [email protected].
