Sleeks Ai Circle / Sleeklings Community Privacy Notice

How we handle information for the Sleeks Ai Circle community. It works together with our Privacy Policy.
Effective September 30, 2026. This notice covers the Sleeks Ai Circle Discord server and the Sleeklings paid membership, run by Sleeks LLC, doing business as Sleeks Automation (“we,” “us”). It sits alongside our website privacy policy at https://sleeksautomation.com/privacy. If the two ever disagree about the community, this notice wins.
What we collect
From Discord: your username, display name, user ID, avatar and roles, plus everything you post or say in the server. That means messages, files, reactions, and your voice or video in workshops.
From LaunchPass and Stripe: your name, email, subscription status and payment history. Stripe and LaunchPass process your payment. We don’t receive or store your full card number.
From you: anything you send us by email or message.
From workshops: recordings of the session, if we make one.
How we use it
We use it to run the membership, give and remove access, answer questions, enforce the rules, improve the Vault and workshops, and promote Sleeks Automation as described in section 9 of the Community Addendum (https://sleeksautomation.com/community-terms).
Who can see it
Other members can see what you post in the server. Discord, LaunchPass and Stripe handle your data under their own policies. The tools we use to host, record and run the community can process it for us. We share information with authorities when the law requires it, and with a buyer if the business is ever sold. We don’t sell your personal information.
What we keep out of it
We don’t publish your private direct messages. Never post passwords, API keys or client data in the server. If you do by accident, tell us right away so we can delete it.
How long we keep it
For as long as you’re a member, plus the time we need for records, disputes and legal reasons. Posts can stay in the server after you leave, because other members may have replied to them.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We’ll do what the law requires where you live. We can’t pull back something we’ve already published under the Community Addendum. Discord keeps its own copy of your account data, so ask Discord separately about that.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so don’t post anything you can’t afford to lose.
Age
The server is for people 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We can update this notice by posting the new version here. Using the server after a change means you accept it.
