Data Processing Addendum

If your organization needs a signed Data Processing Addendum, email [email protected] with “DPA request” in the subject line. We will provide our standard DPA for review.

Roles (summary)

• Client = controller for customer/prospect data Client brings into the Services or directs Sleeks to process on Client’s behalf (for example, callers into Client’s lines, CRM records Client syncs for Client’s business).
• Sleeks = processor for that Client-directed processing, processing personal data on Client’s documented instructions as described in the DPA, Order Form, and Terms.
• Sleeks as independent controller for limited categories described in the Terms and Privacy Policy — including data about Clients and demo requesters for Sleeks’ own B2B sales/CRM, and de-identified or aggregated product analytics — and not for cold-marketing to a Client’s end-consumers by default.
